In this self-paced flexible course, students will learn high school pre-calculus. They will take notes on pre-recorded lessons and ask questions if they have any about homework on the classroom page or via messages. Students can message anytime for help, and I will provide recorded explanations and guides. The class utilizes external videos, guides, and worksheets that I provide. Weekly check-ins and homework submissions with images, scans, or PDFs are expected. Quizzes and unit tests are taken on Khan Academy, and the final test covers the entire course and is paper-based. The course includes working on Khan Academy and external worksheets provided for additional practice off Khan. Students are expected to have some knowledge of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, High School Geometry, and Trigonometry. Practicing outside of class by completing assigned assignments will help them gain a better understanding of the material. Additionally, I offer live tutoring, which can be booked through my math tutoring listing and shows my availability on the calendar. Please note, communication is a must for classes that do not meet live. Be sure to keep me updated on progress and reach out if you need any help.
