수업 소개
In this on-going class we practice Russian while doing yoga. In this 50 minutes kids yoga class students will pack their backpacks, travel to the beach by plane and swim with the ocean creatures. Join me to improve your vocabulary, practice Russian and yoga poses while having fun! Students will learn how to do a turtle, a shark, a mermaid, a crab and many other poses. After riding a bicycle, an airplane, a boat and chasing the ocean creatures your kids will need a good rest. Every class we finish with relaxation. We also learn basic yoga poses and will have a good amount of movements. Russian and English poems, stories and songs will be incorporated. Yoga Disclaimer: This class will include some gentle yoga. No yoga experience is needed. It is important to have clear space with less distraction and a yoga mat or beach towel.

My name is Iryna. I have been working with the children for more than 16 years. My native language is Russian and Ukrainian. My passion for teaching expanded to teaching the Russian language from zero to discussing literature. My primary focus in teaching the Russian language is to expose students to the Russian language and teach them the fundamentals of the language in a fast and exciting way.
Also, I am a certified Kids Yoga Instructor with quite some years of teaching at daycares, schools, after-school programs, and Sunday schools. I give my classes the extra twist to make yoga more fun for the kids! My yoga classes combine storytelling, music, imagination, and movement allowing even the youngest of yogis to blossom and grow.
