주당 1-2시간. Throughout the course, students will gradually assemble their informative essay. A master worksheet is provided for them to complete mini-goals lesson by lesson. By the end of the course, students will have written a 5-paragraph informative essay.학습 평가
A project guide is provided, which includes a rubric. If requested, I will assess the student's final draft based on that rubric. Explanations for the assessment score would be included. Students may also message me with any questions about the mini-goals. Expect up to 3 days for responses regarding mini-goals and up to 7 days for project assessment, if requested. Calling all Pokémon professors! In this self-paced 8-lesson course, learners will will take on the role of a Pokémon professor who specializes in the relationships between Pokémon and humans. Their friend’s podcast needs help educating listeners on jobs involving Pokémon, other than becoming a trainer. Learners will choose one of three Pokémon-related jobs to research, setting the stage for their writing adventure! Throughout the course, learners will learn the essential skills needed to write an informative essay that engages and educates their audience. Learners will hone their skills in crafting strong thesis statements, organizing supporting paragraphs, and creating captivating introductions and conclusions. They'll also learn how to incorporate descriptive language and similes to make their essays more engaging for their audience. This course provides all the necessary tools to keep learners organized, including a master worksheet and course-provided articles. By blending the imaginative world of Pokémon with real-world writing skills, this course is perfect for learners who want to explore Pokémon in a unique way and improve their writing abilities!

Not only have I put a Pokémon spin on the unit, but I made slight changes to better aid students' progress. I’ve been a Pokémon fan since my childhood.
