In this 4 lesson, self-paced class, beginning ukulele students will learn to play "Happy Birthday" both as a solo song to play for friends and family and also as an accompaniment for people singing. No prior knowledge is required, but it is recommended that students take my "Wipe Out" class first, where I explain how to read ukulele tablature (tabs). The students will need an ukulele that is already tuned to the notes G, C, E and A. I will provide an optional practice log. I will also send sections of the song to practice for each lesson and then a 1 page handout with the strumming, accompaniment version and the solo picking version of "Happy Birthday".
