This class will be a high school physics class covering kinematics, forces, and momentum. The class will be structured with 2 classes each week for 45 minutes a period. There will be some presentation, some problem solving and practice, there will be a few labs that students can do at home. My teaching style flexible with a mix of instruction, independent practice, examples, videos, and activities Students will interact with me as much as possible. There will be some direct instruction, some discussion, some math practice Students should at least have some 6th grade math skills. Skills such as multiplication, division, fractions, proportions, powers, square roots, single variable equations, and 6th grade reading skills.
