In this ongoing class we will be learning and practicing a new phonics sound each class. We will be playing games, reading a story, practicing making words and spelling words with the sound. Learners will need something to write with and on, like paper and pencil or a whiteboard and marker. There is no order that the learners need to enter the class for, as once we work though the sounds we will start over at the beginning of the list. Learners are able to join and leave as they please, each class will focus on a new sound and not build on any of the others.
