- In this class, with permission of HarperCollins Children’s Books, we will read a fun "Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses" book while talking about what's going on in the story.  We will make real-life connections to what Pete experiences and talk about what we would do in the same situation. 
- While we listen to the story, we will make a simple sunglasses craft!  Only basic supplies needed, see supply list below. 
- Lastly, we will play a fun game of Summer-themed BINGO!

Classroom Rules for parents to be aware of:
- We will utilize Mute/Unmute throughout class to eliminate background noises and for students to be able to listen and focus during classtime. All students will have a turn to talk, but please be aware of these procedures in case your child needs assistance. 
- Please review teacher & Outschool's attendance policy that any learner that appears on screen must be enrolled. Siblings and friends are welcome to share a screen during class, but all much be a paid enrollment. 
- Parents are encouraged to be nearby to assist with any IT concerns. Teacher does not account for IT problems in our class duration. Please no adults in the computer frame per Outschool's policies.
