Welcome to Mrs. D's Art Room, where it is always a good day when there’s something new to learn! First 20 min~ We will learn how to DRAW the landscape/season of the day using easy steps. I’ll explain proportion, perspective, and some basic rules of landscape painting. Remaining hour~ We will learn how to PAINT the piece using tons of techniques like wet onto wet, water wash, blending, and other details using different mediums like watercolors, acrylic paints, colored pencils, shading...
Students will improve understanding of landscape painting. Young artists will learn the use of paints and mediums with impressive brush stokes professionally. Young learners will improve their understanding of proportion, perspective, light and shade, and color balance.
Material list for Acrylic paint projects: 1. drawing book/piece of paper (8x11 preferred) 2. pencil 3. eraser 4. ruler 5.
