수업 소개
We will first learn about Vincent Van Gogh and his painting style. Students will see a few slides showing Van Gogh's art. We will use his expressive brushwork painting style to create a landscape painting of our own! We will talk about vocabulary: landscape, fore-ground, middle-ground and back-ground. The art making process will be taught step by step, in order to simplify and ensure success. I will interact with each student to make sure everyone is doing well, learning something and enjoying themselves. Students do not need any prior knowledge or art experience for this class.

I am a certified visual art teacher (for all grades) and a certified multiple subjects teacher (elementary level) and have been teaching art for 15 years. I primarily teach painting and drawing. My favorite thing is to see a student have fun, gain confidence and learn something in my classes! In my classes, I break steps down to make art easy and enjoyable.
