These are skills typically taught in Pre-K and/or the first semester of Kindergarten. In each class, we will practice the sound at the beginning, middle and/or end of words. Students will hear the new sound in words. Students will identify the new sound in written words. Students will practice blending sounds in words to read them. Students will sort words by different sounds and/or spellings. Students will participate in reading a decodable reader using new sounds.
I am a licensed K-12 special education teacher with over 20 years of experience. I have taught PreK-1st grade reading skills for the last year on Outschool with 100s of satisfied parents and learners.

Students will be given weekly materials then can print and use at home for additional practice with these words. Students will be given exclusive access to my digital RAZkids classroom with optional assignments to read and listen to.
