This class will focus on thinking differently about numbers and computation. In each session, I will explain and model 2-4 shortcuts and students will practice with me. The specific skills taught will be tailored based on students' grade and math background. While most tricks will cover multiplication, we have the flexibility to dive into more complex content for higher grade levels. We will spend the entire 30 minutes on zoom. Students will need printing capabilities to practice with the class and on their own off camera.

Students must have memorized the multiplication facts to understand and learn the number sense techniques taught in this class.
수업 자료
Students will need paper and pens/pencils, the ability to print at home, and access to zoom for class sessions. A notebook or folder is a great idea to keep papers from each session organized for review. The content will be provided by the teacher.
