Hello! My name is Tiffany, and I’m a passionate educator, a lifelong learner, and a proud homeschooling mom to an incredible neurodivergent son. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand the importance of creating an environment where every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.

I am self-taught in many areas, driven by my love of discovery and the belief that learning is a journey, not a destination. I majored in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, along with a minor in Foreign Languages. These disciplines have shaped my understanding of the world and reinforced one of my core beliefs: all subjects are deeply interconnected. Math, science, language, and art weave together to tell the story of our world, and I’m here to help students uncover those connections.

Math has always been my favorite subject because of its limitless potential and its presence everywhere—from nature to technology, from music to design. I aim to make math approachable, engaging, and meaningful by tying it to real-life situations and showing students how it relates to their interests and passions.
In my classes, I intentionally keep group sizes small to create a warm, supportive atmosphere where every student receives personalized attention. I emphasize practical, hands-on learning experiences and foster curiosity by showing how every subject connects to the real world. Whether we’re exploring math through everyday activities, unlocking the mysteries of science, diving into the intricacies of language, or exploring the richness of history, I focus on making learning fun, interactive, and meaningful by providing an extraordinary experience that utilizes multiple forms of media, hands on activities, as well as movement during lessons creating an interactive and engaging learning environment. Learning can indeed be a challenge and to be able to overcome obstacles and setbacks we must learn perseverance and resilience.

My goal is to meet each learner where they are, helping them grow not only academically but also in confidence and curiosity. I want students to leave my classes with more than just knowledge—I want them to walk away with the tools and mindset to tackle challenges and see the beauty in learning.

When I’m not teaching, I’m busy homeschooling my son, exploring creative projects, and diving into new topics to bring fresh ideas into my teaching. I’m so excited to help your child discover the joy of learning and connect with their unique potential.

I love to teach and for 20+ years I have worked with people of all ages including young ones in the community including ones with disabilities on various topics such as the importance of oral health, English grammar and linguistics, Writing, History, Spanish, and Math. I have been homeschooling my son for the past 3+ years. There have been challenges along the way but by being flexible, adaptable, perseverant, and resilient, empathetic and creative we can be successful and this is my goal for learning and instructing.

1.5 semesters left to complete my studies in Computer Science with a track in Cybersecurity / Applied Mathematics dual degrees from Towson University.
2021 to present - I worked as a volunteer at the Hussmann Center for Adults with Autism, Institute for Well-Being Towson University and in addition I have received continuous training in understanding and supporting neurodivergent children and adults through the Kennedy Krieger Institute
2021 to present - I started my journey as a homeschool instructor.
10+ years as a self-taught learner of mathematics, history, science, English, foreign languages

Join me on a journey of discovery and growth, where each learner's unique perspective is valued and every subject becomes an adventure!
