Here's a sneak peek at some of our exciting activities: 🍫Get a command block, learn the fill command, then build and carve a giant pumpkin in your own world 🍬Take a trip through a virtual corn maze then build your own maze inside Minecraft 🍫 Build a larger than life candy bar inside Minecraft and rename items after your favorite candies 🍬Share your costume and Minecraft toys in a not so spooky show and tell 🍫 Craft balloons in Halloween colors using Minecraft chemistry and decorate your Halloween scene 🍬 Learn to use the loom to create a BOO banner 🍫 Enjoy a packet of Minecraft-themed games and activities 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 This class uses the bedrock edition of Minecraft (no Java edition). I will be using iPad, but you are welcome to use any device with Minecraft Bedrock edition (Nintendo Switch, Android tablet, and more) The class is best for those who have at least some basic experience with the Minecraft game. You should be comfortable placing blocks and moving around inside Minecraft. Students will complete projects in their own Minecraft world and do not need to share gamertags. This class supports unique learning needs as it uses a familiar and fun game - Minecraft! Students complete the projects inside their own game. As a teacher with ADHD, I make sure the class is highly engaging for neurodivergent students.
학부모 가이드
Students will need Minecraft (Bedrock edition) to complete the projects in this class. No gamertags will be shared.
수업 자료
Most projects are inside Minecraft, but if you wish to do the bonus "blocks of clay fudge" recipe you will need sandwich cookies, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and vanilla.
