This one-time class shares drawing tips and guidance to help the student master the art of sketching faces. I will use simple techniques and step-by-step instructions to demonstrate how to draw a face and its features correctly in proportion. Students will then think about how to express their personality by sketching a self-portrait - splitting their image into a reflective, inner, and outer self. They will be encouraged to add pictures of their favourite activities, people, objects, and...
Learners will follow instruction to be able to sketch draw the features of the face, paying attention to proportion and lines of symmetry. Students will complete a self-reflective drawing task using the techniques taught. They can share their work and for peer review if they wish.
