This course will teach students how to draw five popular characters from My Hero Academia in Chibi style: Shoto, Izuku, Dabi, Bakugou, and All Might. Each lesson is structured to guide students through a step-by-step process for drawing one character in Chibi form, utilizing basic shapes to build the components of the character. Key course details include: No live meetings: Lessons are self-paced and accessible through Nearpod, with no subscription required. Students will be able to access the lessons via embedded links and need to choose a username for the platform. Focus on Chibi Characters: Each lesson focuses on one character: Drawing Shoto in Chibi style Drawing Izuku in Chibi style Drawing Dabi in Chibi style Drawing Bakugou in Chibi style Drawing All Might in Chibi style Hand-drawn Instructions: All lessons, including drawing steps, coloring, and notes, are hand-drawn using Procreate on an iPad. Hi There!
I'm Lori...a graduate of F.I.T in NYC. I've worked in different areas of the design industry since 1991, from illustration, pattern making, garment construction to designing full story boards for buyers. I tutored Fashion Illustration for a few years to help other students complete their professional portfolios before their interviews. Besides getting creative, I LOVE animals! I have quite a few furry little beasts. Right now, my profession is Graphic Design, but fashion illustration and design is still what I do when I need to unwind from technology. I believe that once you learn the basics of how to get that creativity out of your mind and onto paper, you open up a whole new world, being able to share and build on your talents.

As an alumni of Cleveland Institute of Art with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Game Design they have a passion for interactive art and how they can push the boundaries of what interactive art means. Having been a visual arts assistant at their old high school Interlochen Arts Academy during the summers, teaching others and seeing the joy in what people create has motivated Rori to pursue teaching. In their free time Rori likes to aquascape. Creating aquariums of any variety of sizes and making little beautiful habitats for their favorite type of fish a Betta fish, they currently have 2 bettas and 4 tanks.
