Young learners will experience a fun workout in this 30 minute class! Parents should ensure that all students have an open workout space. We suggest a wood floor and bare feet, but a carpeted floor could also work. Yoga mat is optional. Parents should ensure all students have access to water during the class. Students may prepare for the class with adequate stretching beforehand, and additional stretching will be taught at the start and end of every class. Injuries may occur is students do not have an open workout space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students working out without water or in a very warm room may become dehydrated or ill, so we ask that the workout room be a comfortable temperature.
