We Believe in Having Fun! Fun! Fun!
The Multiplication Master Class is an intensive fun-filled hour where students will learn a variety of strategies and to help them multiply and develop math literacy necessary for a solid foundation.  In this class, we will have a great time singing and dancing while learning how to multiply.  

The Line Up: We Track and Document Student Progress! 

The Drill: Good Old Fashion Drill the Skill!  Practice! Practice! Practice!
Many children have difficulty in math because they do not know their basic facts. In this class, we practice, practice, practice, and then practice some more.  

Students will be taught:

I.  What is Multiplication
1.  Multiplication Symbols/Terms
2.  Arrays
3.  Equal Groups
4.  Number Lines

II.  Mastering Multiplication Facts 0-12
1.  Drills/Flashcards
2.  Finger Multiplication 
3.  Multiplication Rapping
4.  Tic Tac Toe Multiplication
5.  Multiplication Foldable's

III.  Properties of Multiplication 
1.  The Zero Product Property
2.  The Identity Property
3   Commutative Property
4.  Associative Property
5.  Distributive Property

Homework and assessments are available at no extra charge.  However, student must complete the extra work needed to assess their progress.

By the end of this class, the goal is for students understand and apply the basic properties of multiplication and fluently recall multiplication facts for numbers 0, 1, 2–12.

Objective: Understand and apply the Identity Property (any number multiplied by 1 equals itself) and the Zero Property (any number multiplied by 0 equals 0).

I’m a mom of three amazing kids, each with their own unique learning styles and capabilities. I understand firsthand how different children can approach learning, and I know what it takes to connect with them individually. I’m also a New York State certified teacher for students K-12, with specialized certificates in teaching students with disabilities. With years of experience teaching math to grades 3-6, I have proctored hundreds and scored thousands of math exams, gaining a deep understanding of how to guide students to success.
