This is a review class, in this class students will have opportunity to practice the timetables they have been learning. Before class, I will send each student a blank card for them to bring to class. We will use this card to play a multiplication game. We will also practice our times tables by playing other games. Students will then have fun with their classmates multiplying factors and finding the products, practicing skip counting, and other skills that will help with conquering multiplication. Students will have a lot of opportunity to interact with their classmates and their teacher. Students will benefit from some knowledge of timetables from 0-9.

Hello, my name is Parri!
I am so excited to be teaching with Outschool. I hope to teach classes in Phonics, Math, Art, and Sea Glass.
I have been teaching for 28 years; I taught for 25. 5 years in a Brick and Mortar school and for 2.5 years online. I have taught Reading, Language, Phonics, Literature, Spelling, Math, Social Studies, Canadian Studies, and Science. I LOVE teaching Phonics and Reading. Online I have been teaching children ages 4-14 to speak English. I also do tutoring with these ages and in these subjects both online and in person.
I believe teaching should be fun and at the same time assist students to reach their highest potential. I like to teach using games and activities that encourage learning in a fun way! I want my students to know I care about them and their learning.
One of the first classes I hope to teach is one about Sea Glass; I LOVE the beach. Since I was a child, I have been roaming beaches looking for sea glass; I also love making things with the glass too!
I look forward to meeting your child and having lots of fun learning together!
