수업 경험

I am a 200-hr certified yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 12 years. I am also a school-based mental health therapist with more than 3 years experience working in the public school system with students Pre-K through 12. I hold a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology as well as a specialized certificate for teaching Yoga for Emotional Intelligence.
Parents should remain nearby for safety reasons to prevent the possibility of injury if not properly supervised. Your child will need an open space to move in a room free from distractions if possible. A yoga mat is highly recommended but not required. We typically practice yoga barefoot. Socks on bare floors could lead to slipping. If your child chooses to wear shoes, tennis shoes are recommended. No need to stretch beforehand, we will be stretching in class.
