- Children will experiment with magnets to understand magnetic properties and interactions. They will investigate which materials are magnetic, how magnets attract or repel each other, and how these properties can be applied in real-life situations.

A weekly material list will be provided to you prior to the class, in preparation for the following week of classes. Learners are responsible for having the listed materials on hand and printed worksheets ready. If learners are missing a material, alternative suggestions can be provided. Classes will typically require commonly found household items or stationary such as: pencil, eraser, highlighter, scissors, stapler, glue etc.
Parental guidance and support may sometimes be required to supervise young learners. We may need help using various stationary items (i.e., scissors, stapler etc.), or preparing materials before class.
