You may submit these to me in the class page, as a message directly to me, or as an attachment in a message all through the Outschool class page. Be sure to find a place that is quiet and free from distractions. Learning mindfulness helps them to deal with the many stressors in their lives in a healthy way that will serve their mental health for a lifetime.
