In this ongoing course, students will learn and practice key math topics in middle school. The topics covered will help build a solid foundation for students in Algebra 1 and high school courses. We will meet once a week. Classes will include a greetings to students and then we will begin our lessons. I use the I do, we do, you do method. I will begin by showing how to solve the problem and after a few minutes we will work through some problems together. The students will then work on a few problems by themselves at the end of the class. 

Worksheets will be provided for the student to work on after class for practice but are not required to complete.

- Week 13 (August 29): Integers (Multiplying and dividing)
- Week 14 (September 5): Integers (Multiplying and dividing)
- Week 15 (September 12): Percents
- Week 16 (September 19): Percents to Fractions to Decimals
- Week 17 (September 26): Exponents
- Week 18 (October 3): Distributive Property
- Week 19 (October 10): Order of Operations
- Week 20 (October 17): One-Step Equations
- Week 21 (October 24): Two-Step Equations
- Week 22 (October 31): Multi-step Equations
- Week 23 (November 7): Graphing Inequalities
- Week 24 (November 14): One and Two-Step Inequalities 
- Week 25 (November 21): Area and Perimeter of Quadrilaterals
- Week 26 (November 28): Area and Perimeter of Triangles
- Week 27 (December 5): Classifying Triangles
- Week 28 (December 12): Circumference of Circles
- Week 29 (December 19): Area of Circles
