Merry Fitness! In this one-time, limited workout class, you will learn skills needed to make it through the holiday season! With help from me, Lyssie the elf, you will learn workout moves in a fun and interactive way. I will show you how to make a snow angel, throw a perfect snowball, and even reenact some moves from some of your favorite Holiday movies, such as Elf. Grab some water and make sure you have plenty of space to move around. Dress up if you'd like! Feel free to bring something to share about the holidays that you love or have something in mind to share at the end of class! Course layout: Intro Workout Cool Down Share favorite aspect of the holidays or what you are wanting for Christmas this year Please note: this is a workout and secular class. Please make sure your learner has plenty of space to move around in, has water, and comfortable clothing. I will be referencing the movie, Elf, to show some fun workout moves. This movie is rated PG.
Although this is a Holiday-themed class, this course will remain secular in nature. This is a fun fitness class to upbeat Holiday music. We will not be discussing religious or personal beliefs of Christmas, Hanukkah, or any other religious holidays.
