수업 소개
We will learn some typical memorization techniques used by actors and lecturers. Students will learn about different techniques that appeal to visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learners. Some techniques will include visual imagery, blocking and movement, and cold-reading work. Learners will try out some text given to them by the instructor, but they may also bring their own text as well. We will practice each memorization technique, so learners should be ready to move, write, draw, and speak in new ways! We will memorize texts all while having fun and being creative. No prior experience with line memorization is needed.

Learners will be given text to learn and practice during class, but they are also welcome to bring their own text (a paragraph from their favorite book, lines from a favorite play or movie, etc.) to class!
