주당 1시간. Race Strategy Reflection: Watch or read about a NASCAR race and briefly describe the winning team’s strategy and teamwork. Be ready to share! Design Your NASCAR Car: Sketch or design a car with colors and sponsor logos. Bring it to class to show off your team’s style! NASCAR Role Profile: Research one NASCAR team role (e.g., pit crew chief, engineer) and write 2–3 sentences on its importance. Be prepared to explain it. “Watch & Analyze”: Watch a race moment and describe how a strategy (e.g., pit stop or overtaking) made an impact. Share your thoughts in class. Create a Race Day Schedule: Imagine a schedule for race day tasks (warm-ups, pit stops). Bring it to class to discuss your team’s prep. *Homework is not a requirement

수업 소개

Students will learn about Nascar’s history, famous drivers, race car mechanics, pit crews, race strategies, and race tracks. They'll also explore how Nascar cars are built for speed and safety.

Key topics include Nascar’s history, driver profiles, car design, race strategy, pit stop teamwork, track types, and the science behind racing.

The class meets once a week for an hour over Zoom. Each session includes an introduction to the topic, a main interactive activity, and a wrap-up discussion. Students will work on fun projects like designing cars or race tracks, researching drivers, or simulating pit stops.

I will use a combination of slides, video clips, and fun hands-on activities. Students will work on creative project and engage in discussions to deepen their understanding of Nascar.

My teaching style is interactive, engaging, and fun. I love to incorporate games, projects, and videos to make the learning experience exciting and dynamic.

Learners will interact with me throughout the class via discussions, project feedback, and Q&A sessions. They’ll also participate in interactive games, design challenges, and group discussions.
