This is a flex class with communication posts, activities, resources, and/or assignments to keep students engaged. Although there are not live classes, students will have the opportunity for live 1:1 teacher support if needed. Students will learn to represent relationships between quantities using ratios, determine equivalencies among fractions, and compare and order integers. Throughout the course, students will be encouraged to communicate and reason mathematically and become problem solvers.
As a parent and state certified teacher, I am very passionate about education. Helping others overcome challenges and finding an appreciation for math is my primary goal! I know that learners all have different needs which is why differentiating instruction is so important. Your child will gain confidence while mastering math!
