In this cursive handwriting course, I will teach the basics of cursive through video lessons. Students will learn to legibly write letters, words, and sentences in cursive and be able to read words written in cursive once the class is completed. This flexible course will not meet live for the lessons. The lessons will be taught through a series of 15 pre-recorded videos that average 15-20 minutes each. As a third grade teacher, I have had the opportunity to teach cursive writing to my students. I have also exposed them to the art of reading texts written in various cursive fonts. I find that this is one of the student's most favorite topic to learn and they always beg for more cursive handwriting lessons.
