Students will learn Bodyweight fitness moves, basic martial arts kicks, punches, defense moves, and tricks with our Superhero Imagination!! Students should know how to defend in the correct direction primarily by training their reflexes with the coach.
Coach Eurico is a highly trained elite athlete, who has worked and toured professionally with Marvel Universe LIVE, Rock In Rio Las Vegas Music Festival, ABCs Happy Endings, and more. Coach Eurico also is an elite capoeirista and martial arts tricker that has been coaching movement to kids 3+ and adults for over 10 years. Other art forms Coach Eurico has taught besides the art forms he is known for are Parkour, Gymnastics, Fitness, Math, and English. Students will be learning kicks, punches, and dodges, so it is important to make sure that there is plenty of space for kids to move around without knocking anything over! It is important to note that flips are NOT ALLOWED in class, even though Coach may perform some. Safety is #1, and with consistent training in Superhero Fitness, one day you’ll be able to do some cool tricks too!
