Let's break bread together! In these ongoing sessions, learners will meet once a week and eat their lunch with peers while making new friends!

Lunch With Friends Agenda
-Greetings
-Introductions
-Share what we are eating for lunch
-Listen to an engaging story (this will ensure that our little ones actually get to eat in a safe manner)

"The Snowy Day" by Ezra Jack Keats
"Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!" by Mo Willems
"Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes" by Eric Litwin and James Dean

*During social time, we will talk about a wide-variety of endless topics, play games, have show and tell, and/or watch video clips to engage discussion with each other. Learners will be encouraged to discuss whatever interests them, but of course, I will facilitate the conversation and provide discussion questions and prompts if necessary. Topics include but are not limited to: how their day is going, something special they are looking forward to, a funny show or movie that they recently watched, something special that they received, their favorite hobbies, and etc!

This will be a very laid back atmosphere to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe.  It is my hope that your little one will be able to make new friends with individuals their age while practicing social skills that are very necessary at this time.  We will have a blast and I know that this will be an activity that they will look forward to every week!
