While this class is designed for beginners, I do accept students who have experience drawing anime, and differentiate for them by encouraging them to use their own unique style whenever they would like, while I give the beginners more direct guidance on drawing facial features. As a licensed art teacher, I have developed techniques for breaking down drawing lessons into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Once we get the basics done, I give my students freedom to complete their project using their own imagination, thereby giving them the opportunity to take what I have taught them to a different, fun and creative level.
Pencils, eraser, pencil sharpener permanent black drawing marker (Sharpie, Micron, or any permanent black pen) colored pencils, markers, etc. Paper (drawing paper, sketch pad, or printer paper is fine)
