Welcome to Level 6 Violin. This class is for you if you: *have played the violin for at least 6-9 months *can play repertoire at a similar level to the first 8-10 pieces in Suzuki Book 1 *want to learn more about music reading *want to learn more music on your violin! This is an example of what the class structure might look like. Depending on the class, we may cover different/more repertoire. Specific repertoire is not listed because it will really depend on the interests of the class. Week of March 27 - New finger patterns - introducing high 3 and low 1 Week of April 17 - Continue new finger patterns Week of April 24 - Learning about time signatures and key signatures Week of May 1 - Review & performances Please contact me with any questions prior to enrolling in this class if you have not previously taken violin classes with me.
