Each week we will discuss a new subject while learning new words in Brazilian Portuguese. This is a conversational class but not a full immersion class. Both English and Portuguese will be spoken throughout. Students will be given a post class activity after class and will be encouraged continue to practice to retain the information. This is a great class which will give young minds the skill and confidence to begin speaking Brazllian Portuguese. Students will leave class each day smiling...

I was born in Brazil and raised in a Brazilian household. My first language is Portuguese and I have studied Spanish from a very young age. As my own children grow up, I try to teach them English, Spanish and Portuguese, one word at a time as I will do in this class. I have been teaching children for over 20 years and have a degree in Dance and English. We will move and learn while having fun! My performing credits include Touring the World with Broadway’s Evita, Sesame Street Live, and performing in Disney World Theme Parks as well as regional theatres for children and adults alike. It is extra fun to take class from the real life Pinkalicious, Little Red Riding Hood and Dorothy! I look forward to meeting your student and learning through play.
