수업 소개
In this introduction to sign language class, your child will learn how to sign basic colors in ASL. I think children learn best through fun and play; I utilize song/games to help expose learners to sign. This is an interactive class in which learners will practice conversing with each other in sign language. I will open the class with a fun icebreaker that gives the learners a chance to get to know each other and interact with each other. Learners will then learn a song (“Hello Everybody”) that incorporates movement and signs. Afterward the learners will explicitly be taught the signs and play a game that allows them to practice signing to communicate with each other. This interactive class is a great way to introduce your learners to sign and help them develop a love for ASL.
