Students will be dancing to various songs; all song titles are listed in the class description.  Please listen to the songs prior to enrolling in the class to make sure you are comfortable with your students hearing those lyrics.
Students should have an open area with no tripping hazards, such as a living room with furniture pushed aside. Students should also wear tennis shoes for class. These are low-key dances and they do not contain strenuous dance moves.  As with any physical activity, there is always a risk. If students attempt to dance in shoes with heels or flip flops they risk twisting an ankle.
