Let’s GO On Safari! In this multi-day visual arts class we will draw and paint Safari Animals! 

We will learn about different artistic skills and techniques, as well as educational facts about safari animals, whilst we paint. Our mission is to learn, create, and have fun whilst we use our imagination! We will learn all about these animals and their habitat. Every class has a touch of science, geography and more! We learn whilst we paint! 

This is an interactive class, perfect for learners who love art, animals and nature. It is also ideal for building practical art and drawing skills, as well as confidence. It is also a class to help learners fine-tune their observational skills. It is also great for listening, communication and comprehension skills. 

I will be giving simplified step by step instructions for the animal drawings. I use a teaching technique called directed drawing. I simplify the drawings down into simple lines and shapes and show how to draw each step of the way. Students will also be encouraged to be creative and add their unique touch and style to paintings! Learners will also have the chance to share their work with the rest of the class if they choose. It is a great way for learners to build their confidence. There will also be a coloring page for learners who prefer to color in, rather than draw.
