Greetings are the cornerstone of any language, opening doors to authentic interactions and cultural understanding. In just under an hour, this class will lead learners from basic greetings to confidently holding a basic conversation in Spanish.

The material maintains an engaging pace, ensuring that concepts are effortlessly absorbed. At the start of class, the teacher will introduce students to phrases that will help them introduce themselves. Then they will watch a Spanish only video of native Spanish speakers from Mexico holding a slow-paced conversation containing the phrases introduced. Next, the teacher will introduce various ways to greet others, followed by another Spanish only video containing the phrases learned. 

After introducing the 26 phrases and seeing them in natural application in 2 videos, the students will play an interactive game designed to maximize their learning experience and aid in information retention. This enjoyable game will reinforce their newly acquired knowledge and leave them excited to continue their language journey. At the end of the class, each student will have an opportunity to practice what they learned by answering questions and responding in Spanish with the help of prompts on screen.

After class, 4 solo versions of the game will be sent to ensure their continued growth beyond the classroom. Students will also receive the list of Spanish phrases introduced during class, their English translation, audio for each phrase to help with pronunciation, engaging worksheets, and a checklist with recommendations for continued learning.
