This intro on how to play Minecraft creative will help you set up your beginner game for maximum safety, fun, and educational benefit, then learn cool tricks through daily video tutorials and projects plus asynchronous interaction.

Introduction and settings
-make sure you are the only person playing in your own world -understand the difference between creative and survival mode and choose where to play -create a world that is totally flat -make sure no monsters will appear in your game -prevent TNT from exploding to destroy your builds -help you name and organize your worlds to optimize storage

Controls, movement, inventory, search
-choose the time of day in your world -control the weather while you play -locate and use the search feature to find any blocks that you need -unlock a special version of Minecraft called Education Edition which gives you access to periodic table blocks and more

This class is intentionally designed for students with unique learning needs. As a neurodivergent educator, I offer a wide variety of multi sensory activities to support many different learning styles such as ADHD, autism and more!
