In this class learners will learn a popular memory technique called "memory palace" where they will envision a palace and attach memories to different part of their imaginary palace. Learners will be introduced to the concept of a memory palace through a short PPT and discussion. They will use imagination and visualization to design their own memory palace in their mind.

Learners will create their own miniature memory palace by envisioning a place they know well, like their home or school, in their head. They will practice attaching things they want to remember to different parts of their memory palace. During the week the learners will practice visualizing their memory palace. In the second lesson learners will share what their memory palace looks like, what they've stored there, and what their experience using the memory palace was. They will get a chance to visualize their memory palace again in class to help further develop their memory.
