In this ongoing class students will learn to draw realistic portraits of beautiful animals using graphite pencils. They will learn basic facial proportions, including the placement of eyes, nose, mouth, and ears. Students will develop a portrait in 5 steps following specific guidelines. They will learn graphite pencil drawing techniques such as shading and hatching to create three dimensionality in their portraits as well as realistic fur and hair!
