No prior coding experience is needed for this class. Students should have a general understanding of how to use a computer/browser. In this 1-hour course, we will go over -The Scratch website (what is Scratch? Scratch is a coding community that allows students to share their projects with other users. We will be reviewing digital citizenship/safety in class, but discussing this with your child is also advised. I will be advising the students to keep their projects private unless they have permission from their parent/guardian to publish it.
