Students can come to tutoring sessions with specific questions from their homework or ask to cover a broad concept. I have 12+ years of classroom teaching experience and 21+ years as a private math tutor so I can come up with lessons on the spot if needed! I am a patient, cheerful, and enthusiastic teacher. We will interact via video and online whiteboard, and students will be able to see what I'm writing in real-time. Concepts Include (but are not limited to): - Number Sense -Algebra - Data Analysis - Spatial Sense - Financial Literacy If it is in the Grade 7, 8, 9, or 10 curriculum, we can cover it! A copy of the session notes will be sent to you upon completion of the session so students can look back and reference them.

Students should come to class prepared to clearly communicate the specific concept(s) or question(s) they need help with. Is it a particular question from their course, or an entire concept? Being able to identify and articulate this is essential for an effective last-minute study session. Additionally, students should bring pencils, erasers, paper (lined or graph), and a calculator (if allowed by their main course instructor).
