**Students in this class should know all of the 26 letter sounds. However, it's okay if they don't yet know digraphs (th, sh, ch, ck) as we will be working a lot on these together! Students will learn how to read & write the different spellings of long vowel sounds. Students will improve their segmenting ability by practicing the manipulation of sounds.
