Help children to build good habits by keeping active, no matter what type of exercise they choose. In this class, we will learn a variety of dance moves. The focus of the class is to help create healthy fitness habits while having fun. I am a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor. Since I was 14 years old, I have been working out. I encourage my six children to stay active as well. I work out in my free time. I love to hula hoop and do yoga. In addition, I am a dancer. I have homeschooled for 20 years and coordinated fitness classes in an educational co-op. At least 4 days a week, I go walking with my younger sons. Staying active is very important to me.
