In this class, students will learn how to create a colorful mandala that resembles a kaleidoscope. Students will practice fine motor skills by tracing circles. Students will practice following directions. Students will be introduced to finding shapes and patterns in art. Students will learn about symmetry. Students will learn how to divide a square in half vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Please note, symmetry is not easy so the mandalas may not be perfectly symmetrical.
