Kids will occasionally be asked to bring things that can be found around their home to class like paper, pencils or crayons.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:

Parents please note that kids will need to be able to read the trivia questions or require assistance being either read the trivia questions or listen to them by using the speaker option on the game so that kid may participate each week. 

Parents of children 8 - 11 are welcome to assist kids with reading the questions and answers allow to their child if needed, depending on their reading level.  However please know I do make the questions as straightforward and simple to read as I can with struggling readers in mind.
(There is also an option to let kids listen to the questions & answers using the device speakers that I several dyslexic students use as well.)

Adults are welcome to sit nearby (while renaming off camera) to assist their learners  by reading clues to them if needed so they can focus on making the choices and clicking the answers.  😀

Please note this game is always meant to be a friendly game and not a competition. There are winners or losers, and no prizes. 😊

How the Weekly Trivia Game Works:
💬 I will help kids utilize the chat feature in zoom by sending them a private link to the Blooket & Gim Kit trivia games I create each week for them!  Once they are ready to go, kids get to answer some fun questions about the show in a friendly Trivia challenge where kids can show off their knowledge!  

( Please note that I will provide a link to the children to utilize while in class to play the Trivia game... but, they DO NOT need a second / separate device to play. They are able to play on the device they are using and easily still chat with her if they want to! Kids DO NOT need to set up any kind of account to play, they will simply use Miss Anna's teacher account. )

*ALSO, Cell phones are NOT recommend to attend this class. Kids have a much better experience when they use a desk too, lap top or tablet / I pad to attend this weekly virtual Trivia Challenge class. 😀

🎥 Please note due to the highly interactive nature of this class, Miss Anna asks that all learners keep their cameras ON whenever possible so we can better understand each other and interact as we have fun.  We understand that may not make it a perfect fit for every child, and understand if this does not seem like a good fit for your family.  Thank you in advance for respecting the class rules.
