Welcome to the world of print journalism! In this class, you will work with a former senior magazine editor to develop an idea for a magazine and create the first issue. Hilary is an award-winning journalist, with over a decade of experience as a senior magazine editor, newspaper copy/design editor and non-fiction writer. She has worked for the Washington Post Corp. and Active Interest Media, as well as freelanced for dozens of publications. She was the Eleanor Merrill scholar in the graduate program at the University of Maryland’s journalism school.
