In this flexible-schedule, 6-week course, students will learn how to create over eighteen different projects with pipe cleaners! This is my “beginner” course, so little to no experience with pipe cleaners is needed. I’ve designed the projects so we start simple and easy, and get more advanced as the weeks go on! Many of my classes here on OutSchool were inspired by a childhood obsession of mine and this one is no exception! One of my favorite past-times when I was a kid was making fun things out of pipe cleaners. I love to share this joy with students, while also improving their fine motor skills and creative expression.

(If you need, search “craft pipe cleaners” on Amazon to find a variety of different packs.) - Scissors - A pencil or pen--something to wrap pipe cleaners around (I might suggest one skinny tool, like a pen or pencil, and one fatter tool, like a marker.) - Optional: Googly eyes and glue; pom-poms; whatever else you’d like!
