WINTER TERM series of 10 classes. 

These classes are for students with basic Italian knowledge (such as greetings, alphabet, numbers, present tense of "to be, to have, verbs in -are, -ere, -ire", basic pronouns, adjectives and conjunctions) willing to go to the next level.  
It includes a series of classes that includes elements of the language, grammar, learning vocabulary and conversation. 

Students will learn: 
Preposition+Articles, There is/There are, Present Perfect/Past Participle, Irregular Verbs, Modal Verbs, Direct Object Pronouns, Absolute Superlative, Irregular Adjectives, Indefinite Pronouns. 

WEEKLY CLASS PROGRAM: 

Class 1 - Week 1: There is/There are. How to describe an hotel. 
Class 2 - Week 2: Modal verbs: can. Irregular verbs: to come. How to describe a home design. 
Class 3 - Week 3: Irregular Adjectives and Pronouns. How to describe an apartment/house. 
Class 4 - Week 4: Verb 'to go". How to describe a city. 
Class 5 - Week 5: Irregular Verbs: to know. Modal Verbs: must.
Class 6 - Week 6: Present Perfect. How to describe events in the past. 
Class 7 - Week 7: Past Participle. How to describe holidays, vacation. 
Class 8 - Week 8: Irregular Adjectives and Pronouns. 
Class 9 - Week 9: Absolute Superlative. Irregular Past Participle. How to describe the weather. 
Class 10 - Week 10: Direct Object Pronouns. How to describe the seasons.

Classes include grammar instruction, as well as basic conversation and activities.  As students progress, they read short stories and listen to recorded materials and/or videos. A whiteboard will be used and shared digitally to the classroom for students to learn and review. 

Italian level classes for the school semesters have 10 levels. 
Classes in this program are equivalent to Level 2 and recommended to learners already familiar with the basic language or Level 1, as described above.
