Irish Dance is for everyone and every age. No experience of any kind is necessary to get started. Learners should wear comfortable clothing suitable for easy movement and flexible shoes which provide traction and also allow them to stand on their toes. No jeans please. My goal is that each learner will gain appreciation for Irish Dance and master the basics with the opportunity to advance to a higher level.
I have been teaching Irish Dance to children ages 3 and older for 38 years. I am certified through our teacher organization in Ireland and am a member of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of Mid-America and the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America.
