General biology part one covers the following topics: hypotheses, experimentation, and classification. This is an introduction biology class as well as a college prep class helping students to gain a basic understanding and an appreciation for biology. Future classes (i.e., part 2) will cover other topics in biology.

I am a Professor of Biology, Health Sciences, and Environmental Sciences who has a PhD in biology from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree in zoology, from North Dakota State University. Since beginning my teaching career in 1990, I have worked with thousands of college students, high school students, junior high students, and elementary students.
